SPRACHCAFFE MIAMI - ABOUT OUR ENGLISH SCHOOL IN MIAMI

Location of the Language School: The school is located in the heart of Miami, just one block away from Brickell Avenue, the “Wall Street” of Miami.From most of the classrooms on the 18th floor students can enjoy ocean view. The complex also offers many amenities that can be enjoyed by the students, such as two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, fitness area and restaurants. Our school in Miami teaches students from varied countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey and Venezuela amongst others.

Inside the Language School: Our language school in Miami is a modern and well equipped school with students' access to:

• 10 spacious classrooms
• Room with 15 computers with high speed internet access

Learning Material: Our teachers make use of different educational materials and resources in their classes. Students can benefit from a variety of tasks, texts and approaches to learning.

SPRACHCAFFE MIAMI - ENGLISH COURSES IN MIAMI

In our school in Miami we offer English courses for all levels from absolute beginner to advanced. On the first day, you will take a test and will be placed in the level most suitable for you.

The courses are held from Monday to Friday. There are no classes during holidays. The maximum number of students per class is 15, but the average normally is 10 to 12 students per class.

Course material is not included in the price, students will have to buy their text books on arrival. The price is $50 (for course duration of 12 weeks or less) or $100 (for sessions of 13 to 24 weeks).

Our teachers: Our teachers are all native speakers, highly qualified and have an academic education. After the lessons, they are available to give advice and assistance on any problems with the language and to awnser questions about local cultural and sporting events. They may spend their free time with our guests and, of course, for students taking a business language course, they will provide special materials for class.

Teaching method: Our teaching method is based on the "principle of conversation" because the study of language should be aimed mainly at putting into practice the grammatical and lexical aspects of the language: 

• Grammar- vocabulary - exercises – activities
• Reading - understanding texts - listening – writing
• Conversation

Lessons: The class is based essentially on the principle of conversation. This is achieved through intensive training in structured role-play, guided dialogs, audio-listening and reading cultural, social, and political essays and articles related to the host country.

Certificate: At the end of the course each student will receive a certificate attesting to the number of lessons taken and the language level achieved.

SPRACHCAFFE MIAMI - ACCOMMODATION IN MIAMI

In Miami we offer three types of accommodation, you may choose the option that suits you best depending on your needs. In all the options you can relate to people, either with natives in the case of families, or with other students, so you can practice what was studied in class. For more information click on one of the options:

Host Family Accommodation in Miami

Single and double rooms are available. Half board (breakfast and evening meal) is included in the price. The Family may also be a single parent with children or a single adult living alone. The distance to the school is within 20-60 minutes by public transportation. Usually, students are placed in a home where English and Spanish are spoken.

Apartment Accommodation in Miami

Students from different nationalities share a basic furnished apartment with common bathroom and kitchen. Our Standard Apartments are located outside the city center. It takes approx. 60 minutes by public transport to go to the school.

Aparthotel Accommodation in Miami

Each apartment consists of a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette with microwave, stove and sink. TV and phone are available. Once a week maid service is provided which includes general cleaning, new bed sheets, vacuuming, etc.

The Aparthotel has 24 hrs security and on site amenities also include Beauty Salon, Coffee Shop, Laundry facilities, Dry Cleaning Services, Fitness Facility, 2 Heated pools, Jacuzzi, Lounge, Restaurants and a Bakery. The biggest advantage of this accommodation option is the fact that students reside right on Campus.
