1 - How much does it cost to book a course with Censu.Net?
Censu.Net is absolutely free to use. Unlike most tour operators or agencies Censu.Net does not charge you any additional fees to the price that you would pay when booking directly with the school. In addition, for most schools we even grant you a 5% discount on the tuition fees! Therefore when booking your course with Censu.Net you can be sure that you are paying the lowest price for your language course. GUARANTEED. If you find a lower price for the same course we promise to pay you the difference. So when booking your course with Censu.Net you pay less than if you book with an agent or even if you book directly with the school.
2 - How can CENSU Agents for Language Schools & Educational Institutions help me choose an English language school?
The advantage of looking at the CENSU website is that you can research the schools and the courses, make comparisons to find the best course to suit you, and then apply for the course online, all on one website.
3 - How can you offer a lower price than anybody else - even lower than if I enrolled directly with the school?
The online registration process saves administration tasks. The presentation of the schools online (as opposed to in catalogues) not only provides more information than you may find in a brochure, it also reduces costs significantly. These cost savings are handed down to the clients. So you can benefit from a superior service at the lowest prices available.
4 - Do you offer discount on all courses? When do I get the discount?
Currently we grant a 5% discount on the official tuition fees of over 90% of the courses that you can book online at Censu.Net. Some schools objected to the discount that we pay to our clients from our own pocket. These schools are currently still presented on our website, but it is clearly indicated on the website that there is no discount. In most cases the discount will be directly deducted from your tuition fee when you make the first payment of your course fee.
5 - Who can use the Censu.Net discount registration service?
Everybody. Individuals and companies can use our free registration service. We serve clients from all around the world.
6 - Apart from saving money, are there other advantages of booking with you and not directly with the school?
Enrolling with Censu.Net does not only mean guaranteed lowest prices and enjoying the largest comparison of language courses worldwide. If you book with us you benefit from having a competent and friendly contact person and a powerful partner who may defend your interests against schools, in the unlikely case you should enter into disagreement.
7 - Would I get the discount if I booked directly with the school?
No. It is important to note that Censu.Net, and not the school, will grant you the 5% discount. Only by submitting the online registration form at our website are you eligible for the 5% DISCOUNT on the school's original tuition fees. If you enroll directly with the school you will not receive the discount, and you will also not be able to enjoy the other Censu.Net customer benefits.
8 - What happens if I have to cancel my course?
Booking a language course with Censu.Net means you enter into a contract directly with the school. The school you applied to employs its own cancellation fee system. Apart from the cancellation fee of the school, Censu.Net will not charge any additional cancellation fee. Only if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, will an additional cancellation fee apply. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the start of the course most schools will not charge a cancellation fee or will simply charge the inscription fee, which you will have paid as part of the course fees, as cancellation fee.
9 - Can I change my course or my accommodation after I have completed the online registration form?
As far as changes are concerned, the special policies of the individual schools apply. Censu.Net will not charge you an additional fee for changes. We will do our best to accommodate your desired changes.
10 - Is it safe to book a course by internet?
Your personal data will be treated as absolutely confidential. Your data will be given to no third party. Only the school that you want to enrol with will receive your data. The submission of the payment information is located on a secure encrypted site and protected against unauthorized access.
11-How much in advance should I register for my course?
If you are planning to take a course in high season (July-August) it is best to book at least 2 months in advance. This depends on the particular school and the region, of course. Even if we receive a registration on very short notice we try our best to complete it - and we do succeed quite often.
12 - Is Censu.Net a language school?
No. Censu.Net is an independent registration service. Censu.Net is constantly approached by a large number of schools who would like to be included in our website. However, we select only the best language course programmes worldwide. Only schools that are officially accredited will be included on our website, ensuring that you will find only the highest quality programmes on our website.
13-How do I find offers of language courses in combination with internship programmes or sport activities?
By contacting our Educational Consultants or sending us an email, you can be informed about those schools that offer internship programs or language courses for special professions, exam preparation courses or special sports activities.
